The service

ReviewTurbo helps businesses collect, monitor and respond to customer reviews, including drafting replies with AI. Features may change as the product develops.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must have authority to manage the business listings you connect.

Acceptable use

You must not use ReviewTurbo to:

• Write, solicit or publish fake, incentivised or deceptive reviews.
• Impersonate a business or person you are not authorised to represent.
• Violate the terms of any review platform you connect, including Google, Yelp, Facebook and TripAdvisor.
• Publish unlawful, harassing or misleading content.

Review platforms prohibit review manipulation. Using this service to attempt it may get your listings penalised or removed, and we may suspend accounts we believe are doing so.

AI-generated content

Reply drafts are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published under your business name. Where you enable automated publishing, you accept responsibility for the content published on your behalf.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we depend on third-party services that may change or fail.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewTurbo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
