Terms of Service

ReviewTurbo is a browser extension that drafts replies to customer reviews using AI. It suggests replies for you to review and post yourself; it does not post anything automatically. Features may change as the product develops.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must have authority to respond to reviews on behalf of the business you represent.

You must not use ReviewTurbo to:

• Write, solicit or publish fake, incentivised or deceptive reviews.
• Impersonate a business or person you are not authorised to represent.
• Violate the terms of any review platform you use it on, including Google, Yelp, Trustpilot and the app stores.
• Publish unlawful, harassing or misleading content.

Review platforms prohibit review manipulation. Using this service to attempt it may get your listings penalised or removed, and we may suspend accounts we believe are doing so.

Reply drafts are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you post it under your business name.

New accounts include a limited number of free replies that expire. Pro is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) for lifetime access, billed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record — there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. When your tokens run low, you can buy a one-time refill.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we depend on third-party services that may change or fail.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewTurbo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
