Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ReviewTurbo collects, why, and who it is shared with. It covers the ReviewTurbo web application and the reviewturbo.app website.

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Business data. Organisation and location names you enter, and your AI configuration preferences.
• Review content. Reviews associated with your business, including the reviewer's public display name, rating and text, together with replies drafted or published through the service.
• Technical data. A salted, irreversible hash of your IP address, used solely to enforce rate limits. We do not store raw IP addresses for this purpose.

How we use it

To operate your account, store and display your reviews, draft replies, enforce usage limits, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI processing

When you request a reply, the review text, its star rating, the reviewer's display name and your business name are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a draft. This is governed by Google's API terms. Do not enter data into review or reply fields that you are not willing to have processed this way.

Sub-processors

• Supabase — database, authentication and hosting of your account and review data.
• Google (Gemini API) — generating reply drafts.

Cookies

We set cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Retention

Account and review data is retained while your account is active. Deleting your organisation removes its locations, reviews and replies. Rate-limiting records are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@reviewturbo.app.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and notify account holders by email of material changes.
